Hello, my name is Kadie, and I am proud to call Portage home. I love being active in my community, and Box of Balloons is a perfect organization for making an impact.

 

My favorite birthday treat is funfetti birthday cake with lots of frosting! I enjoy creating fun party activities and games for the Birthday Boxes! I have loved being Co-Chapter Leader since 2017 and seeing all of the volunteers that give so generously.

Hello!  I’m Rachel Nachreiner.  My husband and I moved to Portage, WI, ten years ago and I am beyond excited to help bring Box of Balloons to this incredible community.  I am a teacher by trade and have always believed in celebrating the goodness of each and every child, so when I first heard of Box of Balloons, its mission spoke near and dear to my heart.    

 

I am currently a stay-at-home mama to three wild-and-crazy boys and love all the adventure and chaos daily life with three young ones can bring.  Early morning coffee, family bike rides, grueling CrossFit workouts, children’s books, crafting, any combination of chocolate with peanut butter and time spent with family and friends are just a few of my favorite things. Bringing a smile to a child’s face is quite possibly the greatest blessing I have ever experienced and I am so grateful that, through Box of Balloons, those smiles will soon be widespread throughout the Portage community.
