Hi, I’m Heather Spangler and I’ve led the Iowa City/Cedar Rapids chapter since 2019.  I’m a mother of two fun girls. I have always enjoyed helping people and a good party. Box of Balloons is a great combo of those things! I’m also a professor of event management at the University of Iowa and my students contribute to our local Box of Balloons efforts.
